What a bizarre idea!
Until a few years ago it was this the thought of most people face to the choice of the few to bring children on holiday to the spa.
What a great idea! It is the remark that increasingly accompanies the “we are leaving for the spa” during the hurried greetings among parents in school corridors.
The initial scepticism has given way to growing approval.

From this year hoteliers of the circuit Riccione Family Hotels offer guests the special package “Baby spa” born from the agreement with Baths of Riccione.
There in 2007 a new paediatric ward and a fun, and at the same time relaxing, Wellness Spa Park, named Water Pearls, opened.
The favourable proposal provides for the child: spending 80 euros instead of 113 euros for additional care, a free admission to Water Pearls if accompanied by two paying adults; a nice backpack to be withdrawn at the direction of the hotel; and a repayment by the hoteliers of the ticket paid to the spa, if the family can stay for a minimum of 12 days full board.
The sulphurous waters of Baths of Riccione, rich in healthy active ingredients, strengthen the immune system of children helping in the prevention of annoying disturbances typical of childhood: frequent colds, otitis, bronchitis that tend to become chronic, respiratory allergies, dermatitis. The treatments are offered through several techniques, some highly specific, and are covered by the National Health Service.
Faced with the obvious improvement of child’s health returning from Baths of Riccione, the questions addressed to his parents in school corridors will become real enquiries and will be fantastic the idea they have had.
