On holiday with dad!

: The phenomenon is under everybody’s eyes.
: Oh yes, it is no longer the sun of former times.
: Neither the family.
: What has that got to do with the sun?
: I’ll say! Take a look around on the beach and see how many fathers have children to care, with the mothers that perhaps can only reach them in the weekend because of the work to finish. So without claiming to be read by the first “mammo” of the world, I want to remind all dads what are the precautions to be taken under the sun for the baby wellness.
: Oh sure! Well, for example, they need to put in the suitcase a sunscreen protector.
: Yes, it has to be specific for infants, of quality and suitable for the type of skin of the baby. Before leaving for a holiday let’s test it on the kid and control that it will not cause any allergy. Then let’s remember to smear the whole body of the baby (don’t forget the feet) before going to the beach, and to repeat the procedure every 2-3 hours and always after the bath.
: The sunglasses!
: Yes, they are essential, so as the sunhat and the white cotton t-shirt, to wear even under the beach umbrella because the rays of sunlight filter the towel! Another important rule regards the hours…
: To avoid for the exposure to the sun of children!
: From 12 am to 15 pm babies absolutely must stay in the shade because the rays are too powerful.
: And if the child has less than six months, never let him to the sun for more than half an hour!
: Yes, do not hold children motionless under the sun, let them move and let them drink often with water and fruit juices.
: Thus, the child will be well protected from the harmful effects of sunlight and his body will be stimulated by the sun to produce vitamin D, essential for the calcium of his small bones.
: Dear fathers now that you’ve gone that far, between pans and dishwashers, you might as well finish with creams and hats, without anxiety but simply thinking that your creatures are more delicate than all of us.
: Happy holidays then, by Riccione Family Hotels, Pepe…
: And Asso!
